Today we went to see our first chateau in the Dordogne ,
a region which is known as the “Land of a Thousand and One Castles”. It is my goal to try and visit as many
chateaux as I can while I am in France . Hope I can see them all!!!! Chateau de Bridoire, which dates back to the
15th century, was breathtaking, sitting majestically overlooking a
green valley filled with vineyards. A perfect chateau for my first in the 1001!
